Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, sales events).
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Estimated delivery for international orders is 10–20 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Baby Ruvalino is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If unresolved, contact us at support@babyruvalino.com and we will do our best to assist.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@babyruvalino.com — we can only update addresses before the order is dispatched.
