Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday excluding public holidays, after payment confirmation. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent after dispatch.

United States Shipping

Standard shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 and $4.99 on orders of $50 or less.

Any additional shipping methods, when available, and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship only to destinations offered at checkout. Available rates and estimated delivery times are shown before payment. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing may cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking.
