Same-Day Dispatch

Orders are dispatched on the same day payment is confirmed, every day of the week, including weekends. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent after dispatch.

United States Shipping

We ship only to eligible U.S. addresses in 49 U.S. states (excluding Hawaii) and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery to eligible U.S. territories is available only where offered at checkout. Enter your United States shipping address at checkout to confirm eligibility before payment.

Standard shipping is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more and $4.99 on orders below $50.

Any additional shipping methods, when available, and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. A United States shipping address is required at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; we can change it only before dispatch.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check with neighbors or building management and contact the carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist with the carrier inquiry.
