30-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items returned after 30 days, or items showing signs of use, damage, missing tags or missing packaging, may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” before purchase
  • Items that cannot be returned for health, hygiene or safety reasons, where disclosed before purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@babyruvalino.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We normally respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Do not send items back without return authorization.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged or incorrect. For a different color or model, return the eligible original item and place a new order.
