Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
Items returned after 30 days, or that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Digital downloads and gift cards
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@babyruvalino.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Note: Do not send items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused at the warehouse.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or card issuer first, then reach out to us at support@babyruvalino.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. To request an exchange, email us at support@babyruvalino.com with photos of the issue and your order number.
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed and shipped — in that case, the standard return process applies.
