Can I use a diaper bag with a stroller?

Check the carrying options listed for your specific bag and follow your stroller manufacturer's instructions before attaching any bag or accessory. Do not assume every bag or attachment is suitable for every stroller.

Can I take it on a flight?

Airline cabin-baggage rules vary. Compare the dimensions of the bag you plan to use with your airline's current size and weight limits before travelling.

How water-resistant is the material?

For models described as water-resistant, the material is intended to help resist light rain and everyday spills. These bags are not intended for submersion or for carrying liquids without a suitable closed container. Check the material and care instructions for your specific product.

How do I clean the bag?

Follow the care instructions on the product page and product label. For the Classic backpack, spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry. Check accessories separately, as their care instructions may differ.

What are the shipping terms?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more and costs $4.99 below $50. U.S. shipping excludes Hawaii and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery to U.S. territories and other destinations is available only where offered at checkout. Enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm eligibility before payment. What is the return policy?

Eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging, with tags and proof of purchase, may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Contact us for return authorization before sending an item back.
